Bottle temple in Surin province

During recent travel in Surin province, by chance I found another bottle temple online:

Here only one building is covered in empty glass bottles, which makes it the smallest of the 5 bottle temples I know in Thailand. For the others see here:

Update Oct 2015: there is one more, Wat Bang Pu วัดบางปู, in Sam Roi Yot National Park, near parking for Phraya Nakon cave.

Location:
15°17'14.4"N 103°39'54.5"E = 15.287332, 103.665126
50 km north to north-east of Surin by road (hwy 214 = Pattamanon Road ถนนปัทมานนท์), 30 m west of hwy, visible from hwy. Many buses and vans pass.
