About 1.9 km east of Phichit railway station.
I asked my car-for-rent driver if there is anything else of interest around Phichit, stating that I am interested in Buddhist hell gardens, and he suggested this wat.
And indeed there is a Buddhist Hell garden and a garden of proverbs, which is nowhere in the internet (search in English and Thai).
