Elysium Sauna

Layout:

1st floor (ground floor) empty, only stairway up to 2nd floor

2nd floor reception, locker, bar with free cold water and soft drink and cookies, gym, steam room (no sauna). Ventilation problem, the toilet can be smelt from the locker area.

3rd floor maze, porn room, private rooms, open shower, karaoke

Rooftop garden and smoking area.

Open every day from 18 to 24, entry 120 THB. One big towel of good quality, most customers in underwear.

Sat 2sep2017 vistit 21:06-23:18. Over 30 customers throughout. 4 shapely, get into room with one and he then stays overnight in my hotel rom.

Mon 4sep2017 visit 19:54-21:00. About 20 customers, none my type. Now I notice that most rooms are candle-lit, amazing that one candle can light an entire room.

Zeus Sauna is closed for good.

I walked past and took pictures and ask a person on the premises who said it didn’t move, it closed for good.

Top Man Pub ท็อปแมนผับ

Sat 2sep2017 visit 20:19-21:00, orange juice 150 THB. I’m first customer, and owner has to send a boy to get ice for my drink. Owner is from Buriam and chatty (in Thai): open 20-1, there will be a show at 22:30 (but I won’t wait that long, go to Elysium instead), 7-8 boys work there. I saw about that number of boys passing (from entrance door to back door), two of them worth a second look. When I leave I see most of them are sitting outside, drinking and smoking.

The owner gives me a ride on his mocy to Elysium sauna, which is in easy walking distance and I know the way, but when he drives a detours and stops in a dark place I see the reason: to get a good grope inside my shorts (in the bar only some indecent touches outside), and we almost lose balance on the standing mocy over this!

Sun 3sep2017 visit 22:23-59. I was hoping to see the show, but today there will be no show. Music too loud and some boys smoking inside the bar. Two tables occupied, and after the customers leave most boys outside drinking and smoking. Except for one who sits next to me for small talk, some indecent touches and gives me a massage (and then asks for a tip afterwards, but sorry: I don’t come for small talk or massage, I want to see the boys in underwear!).

This seems to be the kind of place where you have to open a bottle and invite the boys to sit with you and tip to get the clothes off and action starting, not my style!

Sun 3sep2017 poke my head in 23:00, one table occupied, customers mixed (male/female), exchanging a few words with boys sitting outside, while their staff are boys nothing about the place looked gay to me. (Tai Yai = Shan, as you can see form the flag on the entrance, and the karaoke played inside had Burmese script.) 

Railway station

In many places in Thailand, you can make interesting encounters at railway stations at night, but not in Hat Yai. The railway station is closed at night (for security reasons, there is a metal detector gate and an X-ray for luggage that all passengers have to pass to get into the railway station), and I didn’t see any hints of cruising or prostitution outside on two visits at night.
