A current (since 2022 or 2023) trend is spider tattoos mostly on side of lower abdomen (I saw only one case one chest/shoulder).
But my aversion is not arachnophobia. It applies to various other animals as well. You could count scorpion together with spiders as they are all arachnids. But there is nothing not to like about a butterfly, unless it's a tattoo!

A stylized spider as in Spiderman tattoo is okay.
If we leave insects and move on to vertebrates, it does not get better.

No problem with ants either. First impression is ant, on closer look not clear what this is supposed to be.
No problems with big symmetrical owl tattoos on chest either. Popular about 5 years ago, so many around, would warrant a separate post. A variant is hourglasses with wings.

The two numbers for tip, ภายนอก and ภายใน, literally "outside" and "inside", in this context meaning non-penetrative and penetrative, most boys being top only.
