I can't like any more profiles on Tantan unless I get a subscription. Is there a limit of likes in free version? In the course of my trip, some days I would get that message, some days I can like more profiles. I guess there is a limit about 100 profiles that you can like in a day in free version.

General about Tantan: the quality of profiles is much better than others (Hornet, Grindr, HeeSay). Most profiles have clear face pictures. Most users are in the 20-30 age range which I prefer. There are a lot of profiles in Thailand as well. However, I don't understand how they show profiles (at time of posting in Thailand, I get profiles from Thailand and China). When someone likes you back, you get a message and can start chatting. However, there is no indication of location. When I'm back in China, I would need to know who likes me back in the place I am at the moment, and don't know how to do that. So far, I have amassed about 300 mutual likes in the course of over a year, chatted with some of them, but haven't met any. That's quite some time, dozens of hours, spend on Tantan with nothing to show. You could say it's unsuitable for people travelling around, but more geared for dating when you stay somewhere long time.

One screen on my phone fits 8 matches/chats, and I can scroll down 34 screens, which is 272 matches in 16 months (10mar2024 first match).

Yoshi from Lao comes to my place. Positive first impression (small slim). General chat, no English. Plays on phone, little or no response to my gropes. Take off shirt, then trousers, nice body, skin color okay, temperature okay. Go horizontal for hugging (i.e. I hug him, little to no response, busy on phone watching movie or online dating with translation). I have an okay time. Overall difficult, don't know what he likes.
