Northernmost point of Thailand
The northermost point of Thailand is in Chiang Rai province, Mae Sai district, on the border to Myanmar. There are several signs, this one at the border crossing. A crowded place, second picture.

The real northernmost point of Thailand is about 8 km to the east and can easily be reached by road. Surprisingly, the border marker is in a field on the Thai side near the river. I assume the river used to be the border, but changed path whereas the border stayed the same.

Southernmost point of Thailand
At the border crossing to Malaysia in Yala province, Betong district, there is a sign somewhere near 5.7479, 101.0289. The real southernmost point is at 5.6134, 101.135, judging by google maps difficult to access in jungle and mountains and no sign there.

In Narathiwat province, Sukhirin district there are signs for a southernmost point as well at 5.7946, 101.749. Not even the southernmost point of Narathiwat province, but for practical purposes, accessible and with a sign. "Golden Axe” refers to Thailand, the shape of the country looks like an axe, with the southern provinces being the handle.

Easternmost point of Thailand
The easternmost point of Thailand is in Ubon Ratchanthani province, on the Mekong, the border to Lao.

Elsewhere I read about it as the first sunrise in Thailand, and particularly for New Year people gather there for the first sunrise of the new year.

Westernmost point of Thailand
Somewhere I got the idea that Promthep Cape 7.7585, 98.3027 in Phuket is the westernmost point of Thailand. Certainly this is the best known and easiest accessible of the westernmost points of Thailand.

For practical purposes, who has been to Phromthep Cape can claim to have been to the westernmost point of Thailand. But there are more western points in Phuket, and on the mainland on the coast in Phang-Nga 8.5536, 98.2052.

But the real westernmost is at 18.5745, 97.3447 in Mae Hong Son province on the border to Myanmar (Salawen river). From google maps I assume it's difficult to reach, with days of trekking through mountain and forest.

But in Mae Sot (border crossing to Myanmar) there is an easily accessible sign “The Moei River the westernmost point” at 16.6915, 98.5174.

Sut Khet Daen Siam
There are signs Sut Khet Daen Siam สุดเขตแดนสยาม at various borders, but this just means that this is the end of Thailand at the border.

Golden Triangle
The Golden Triangle (where Thailand, Lao and Myanmar meet) in Chiang Rai province is a well known tourist attraction.

Emerald Triangle
The Emerald Triangle (where Thailand, Lao and Cambodia meet) in Ubon Ratchathani province is not developed for tourism, on the contrary: there is no access for civilians and this is the closest (about 5 km, barbed wire across the road) I got:

Narrowest part in Eastern Thailand
Trat province, border to Cambodia. About 500 m from the sea to the border (top of mountain range). There is a park with car parking.

Narrowest part in Western Thailand
Prachuap Khiri Khan province, border to Myanmar. On the internet there are pictures of various signs that say 10.96 km, on google maps I get 11 km. From Singkorn border crossing (only Thai and Myanmar nationals can cross there) by road to the Gulf of Thailand it's 17 km, which I walked on 2jan2017 so I can say that I walked across Thailand from west to east. Below pictures of signs that I have taken myself. There are more signs that I haven't been to or that do not exist any more.

Highest mountain in Thailand
Doi Inthanon in Chiang Mai province, 2565 m. This is as well one of the coldest places in Thailand.

Deepest cave in Thailand
I'm not aware of a lowest point on land in Thailand, so let's go for the deepest cave instead: Tham Pha Phueng in Nan 476m.

Tallest stalagmite of the world
Is in Lam Khlong Ngu National Park in Kanchanaburi province.

You can find the following text on several websites (no source quoted): "The two caves are naturally decorated with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites one of which is the worlds tallest stalagmite pillar."

A book about Thailand national parks says: “Lam Khlong Ngu National Park ... It is well-known for the world's highest limestone monolithic column, standing at 62.5 metres.”
