In my early years of coming to Thailand (2009-2012), spiky hair was the fashion among gay boys. Nice to look at, but many foreigners complained that the boys are more concerned about their hairdo than fun in bed.
Current fashion in Thailand is middle split, which I don't like at all. Below a picture from a gay massage place in Bangkok. My eyes veer to their hairdos, and for most it's "rather not".
However, the middle split seems to come out of fashion, which I'm very glad about. Here a recent picture from M15 massage, I could work with all of them:
Here an example of artificial curly hair in Thailand. Not my favorite, but I wouldn't reject anyone over curly hair.
In Cambodia, putting straight hair sideways across the forehead, as low as partially covering the eyes, is popular:
I love blond hair growing out, giving a contrast of blond and black!
I love hair tattoos! There are styles where the hair tattoo extends to one eyebrow (no picture).
