Gay saunas Saigon
An overview of gay saunas and massage in Saigon and Danang and Nha Trang (but not Hanoi, I haven't been recently). No gay hotels or bars, not my area of interest. This post just names, address, coordinates, websites. Details about visits separately in gay activities of the month. Addresses and phone numbers from google maps or their website. A few general notes on saunas.

Massage is only a side business for me, I haven't done any this trip. I just list those covered by shamelessmack and link to his excellent reviews. Read there for general information as well.

There are places with similar names, misleading names (sauna/spa/massage), just sauna, just massage, or sauna and massage. All places I have been to with coordinates because it has happened several times that I found places on google maps in the wrong location.

A general note on temperatures. From places that have a thermometer, I can estimate temperatures at places that don't and call them the following: sauna off (room temperature = 30 C), luke warm 50 C, warm 70 C, hot 90 C. If someone opens the door to a luke warm or warm sauna, the entering air with room temperature would feel cold on your skin. Jacuzzi off 30 C (feels cold), warm 35-38 C, hotter would be specifically labelled with temperature.

Phnom Penh 5 saunas** for 2.3m in habitants = 1 for 500k.
Siem Reap 1 sauna for 300k = 1 for 300k.

My favorite is Galaxy. The Dream Sauna has potential, if only they would turn up the light and turn down the music!

De.Soi 9 Sauna marked as “temporarily closed” and completely misplaced at 10.7892, 106.6994 (street given in address, without number, is kms away). I still don't know where it is.

3 Some Spa (on google maps Spa Some3) about 19:40. Price list, about 20 boys shown on pad. None of them appeals to me, but certainly many of my readers would be happy. Sauna is free in combination with massage, or 100k only sauna. But I'm looking for a gay sauna, and not massage with attached sauna, there will be no other customers. Spot about 20 lockers (for customers or staff?), and everything nicely decorated. Receptionist okay English. Read reviews on google maps, customer satisfaction varies widely.

Run by the same people behind De.Soi9 Sauna, The SixtyNine Zone is a popular gay sauna that holds regular themed days for bears, students, etc. Spread out over two floors there's a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and even a private play space called “The Tiger Cage Area” – phwoar!!! The SixtyNine Zone is located at 39/3 Pham Ngoc Thach Street and is open every day from 11 am-11 pm.

There are two floors, the second floor has several maze rooms. There are no private rooms. There are also no actual dark rooms, most of the maze was dimly lit.
23-Jan-2019 As a 54 year old Westerner, I never expected anything, but couldn't believe how much attention I got, mainly from local guys appearing in their 20s-30s. I had several on me at any one time up in the dark room, though later on at 7pm or 8pm, it's nearly empty. Best sexperience in my life, I revisited twice.
16-Aug-2018 Visited twice on Sunday & Monday afternoons, busy both times. Poc Poc Beer Club easy to find and the sauna is in the alley to the left - no signage. Welcome friendly and receptionist spoke English, all staff very friendly.
