A few trends/fads for pictures in social media in 2025. With the advent of Nano Banana (officially Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, an image generation and editing AI, released 26aug2025), there was a short-lived (just a few days), but wide spread (half of the boys I follow on Facebook or Instagram) trend of turning their pictures in underwear into 3D figurines that looked like toys. Here selected examples:

Fortunately, the following butterfly over chest didn't catch on. I find it hideous!

The following (red lines coming out of head), I found the meaning only by chance. There is a TV series (S Line from South Korea 2025) where one person can see everyone elses' sexual relationship "body count" as red lines coming out of their head and connecting all sexual partners.

Animals other than cats (previous post). Cats are my favorite animals. I like other animals as well, as long as you can pet or eat them.

In this connection a joke by my loyal reader Vinapu:

Vinapu: Yes. Roasted.

In the same vein, I once read somewhere, but couldn't find it on internet, Salvador Dali being asked about his favorite animal: fillet of sole.
