Official name Wat Pa Maha Chedi Kaeo วัดป่ามหาเจดีย์แก้ว,
also known as Wat Lan Khuat (or various variations of spelling) วัดล้านขวด (wát láan kùat), literally “Million Bottles Temple”, Sisaket
province, ampoe Khun Han จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ อำเภอขุนหาญ.

How I got there: from Sisaket bus station, bus to Khun Han,
the bus was supposed to leave at 11:40, bus leaves already at 11:32 as it was
full, fare 40 THB. I should not have walked around the bus station in the
waiting time, first I had to stand in the bus, then I got a seat (a mother took
her infant child on her lap), later I had to move to another bench (to make
place for an elderly new passenger) where I could sit only with one butt cheek
as two people were already sitting there. But on the way, the bus emptied, so
everyone got a seat after half an hour. Arrive in Kun Han (roundabout) 13:16,
walk to wat, arrive at wat gate 13:24. Leave wat 14:15, have lunch, take bus
15:30 – 17:14 back to Sisaket.
During my visit, there were 3 monks and 5 other Thai
visitors.
Times for buses to Sisaket from the bus station in Khun Han
(i.e. a bus stop next to the roundabout): 05.00, 05.30, 06.00, 06.30, 07.00,
07.40, 08.20, 09.00, 10.00 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 14.45, 15.30, 16.20,
17.30, 40 THB to Sisaket.
The internet says there are about 1.5 million bottles used, I should have counted bottles in one square meter to make my own approximation.
