When I approached MRT Pahonyothin (Wed 18.06.2014, 22:40), I noticed several people outside, one with a stick and one with a flashlight. There was a snake on the stairs, then moving down, rather quickly. They tried (and finally seemed to succeed) to hold the snake down to grab it and shove into a plastic bag (intended to put wet umbrella in). There is a small park next to the MRT station exit, but it remains a mystery how the snake got there. And to reproduce, there have to be two snakes of opposite sexes.
(That was the the most exciting event on Wednesday. What a boring life I lead!)
